Kids Choir

Enjoy singing songs and learning new vocal skills with Mauao Performing Arts' Kids Choir!

Held every Tuesday at 5:00pm during the school term, the Kids Choir is a fun, inclusive choir for girls and boys ages 8 - 13 led by classically trained vocal tutor Melissa Cox. Your child will learn how to blend their voice in a choir, improve their vocal range and volume, and have fun singing songs from a variety of musical genres and decades. Plus, your child will have the opportunity to perform on TOTARA ST's main stage at the Mauao Performing Arts' Student Concerts at the end of each term, to showcase what they learned in front of a live audience!

Timetable:  TUESDAYS (during school terms)   5:00 - 6:00pm

Location:  Mauao Performing Arts Centre, 11 Totara St, Mount Maunganui

Pricing:  $25 per session (first session free!)

Pre-requisites:  No singing experience required.  All that is needed is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a love of music!
