Les is the Director of DHL Groove, the home for his live solo and band performance, teaching, mentoring and advisory work. At MauaoPAC he teaches guitar, bass and drums to students of all ages.

His lessons lean into the fundamentals — technique and musicianship — because Les believes a solid foundation is what gives players the freedom to enjoy music for life. Expect a patient, encouraging approach that meets you where you are, whether you're a young person picking up an instrument for the first time or an adult finally giving it a go.
